Our Brent Cross Town scheme, one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration projects which is committed to net zero by 2030, has won Place in Progress at the prestigious Pineapple Awards, run by The Developer.
Working in partnership with Barnet Council, the new park town for London will bring nearly 7,000 homes, 3m sqft of workspace and 50 acres of parks and green spaces, retail, education and world-class sporting facilities to Brent Cross Town.
The Pineapples awards are the only awards that celebrate the very best in placemaking, recognising excellence and projects that make a positive social, environmental and economic impact.
Launched in 2019 by The Developer in partnership with Design Council, the awards are unique in seeking to celebrate places that thrive, where people want to live, work, play, shop or learn.
