Ken is COO of Related Companies and Chairman of Related London. Ken brings over 40 years of diversified experience to our team, ensuring that global best practices are shared across Related’s many platforms. His executive experience includes development and operating companies, both public and private, bridging the worlds of real estate, entertainment, design and technology.

Tom joined the former Argent business in 2012 and became a Partner in 2020.

Between 2019-2022, Tom was Head of Residential for the Related Argent business and CEO of the Heart of Hale development, overseeing a pipeline of more than 8,000 new homes across London. Prior to this role, Tom was responsible for residential at King’s Cross, including the delivery of the Gasholders apartments.

In 2023, Tom was appointed Chief Executive Director of Related Argent, leading the business team of property and urban regeneration professionals, working to improve urban life for everyone, every day. Today the business he leads has a UK property portfolio of c.£13bn, totalling in excess of 21 million sq ft.

Before joining the business, Tom worked in project management consultancy and as a practising architect on numerous large-scale mixed-use schemes, including the Shard and the London 2012 Athlete’s Village.

Tom is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and sits on its Housing Group.

John was appointed as Chairman of Related Argent on 1 May 2025. This follows his appointment as a Strategic Advisor to the board in May 2024 to advise on and support the continued expansion and reach of the business.

John is a renowned senior global executive and accomplished CEO, most recently Group CEO and President at Cushman and Wakefield, where he led the business for more than a decade. Prior to that, he was Group CEO at DTZ before it merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2015.

John brings a wealth of experience that spans all aspects of property investment, development and management. Over a 35-year career he has worked on some of the most high-profile projects both in the UK and globally. He has also worked closely with Related Argent colleagues during Cushman & Wakefield’s 15-year tenure as office leasing agent for the King’s Cross estate.

John is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and past President of the British Council for Offices (2016-17). He sat on the panel of National Judges for the British Council for Offices Awards for five years, including Awards Chair in 2010.

Morwenna joined the former Argent business in 2011. She became Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and Partner in 2020. Since 2023, Morwenna has been Executive Director of Related Argent.

In addition to her corporate leadership role, Morwenna led the design and delivery of several major projects at King’s Cross, including Coal Drops Yard, the Fish & Coal Building and Gasholder Park. At Brent Cross Town, Morwenna is responsible for the ground plane experience, retail, leisure and public realm.

Morwenna is a chartered mechanical engineer and started her career at Arup as a mechanical building services engineer. During this time, she was the lead mechanical engineer for the Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge, designed by Stanton Williams architects, which in 2012 won the most sought-after accolade in the industry – the RIBA Stirling Prize.

Oli joined Related Argent as a Project Director in 2017 and, over the past eight years, has led several major projects through design and delivery. He became Development Director in 2020, taking on a more strategic remit overseeing development and investment.

Oli has been instrumental in progressing all residential developments at Brent Cross Town and securing two of the company’s key strategic partners—Invesco Real Estate in 2022 and NTT UD in 2024—which brought in more than £600 million of investment.

He was promoted to Executive Director in 2023 and now leads on Related Argent’s investment and development strategy. His primary focus is on the living sectors, including both BtR and residential for sale, affordable housing, later living, co-living and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).

Before joining Related Argent, Oli worked at Canary Wharf Group, where he played a leading role in the delivery of Wood Wharf and its new business strategy.

Parm joined Related Argent in 2025 as an Executive Director and Head of Strategic Transactions and Partnerships.

Parm is responsible for the transaction and investment partnership strategy, with a focus on delivering business growth, creating and maintaining value for Related Argent’s projects and securing debt and capital funding. He sits on the Related Argent board.

André joined Argent in 1998, initially working on office developments in the City of London. He became a Director in 2004 and a Partner in 2012.

From 2000, he worked on all aspects of the King’s Cross redevelopment where his main priorities were land assembly and third-party interfaces, business planning and funding strategy, phasing, infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

He is now an Executive Director of Related Argent and jointly leads the Brent Cross Town project. He has also been a Director of Related Argent’s Joint Venture with LB Barnet since its formation in 2016.

André is chartered engineer and a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers having worked on major projects in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

Chrissy is responsible for corporate, B2B and consumer marketing and communications, as well as events and public art across all Related Argent projects.

She joined Related Argent in 2020 to lead Place Marketing with a career in property marketing spanning more than 20 years and following ten years’ experience in brand marketing and consultancy.

Chris is Joined Related Argent as Construction Director in 2020.

As Construction Director, responsible for evolving and executing Related Argent’s construction and procurement strategy across all of our projects.

Chris has over 30 years experience in Tier One construction companies operating in London and the South East.

Matt’s role is to lead the strategy and delivery of Related Argent’s commercial pipeline across all its projects, including Brent Cross Town and St Pancras Hospital.

Prior to joining Related Argent, Matt spent nine years at Landsec in a variety of roles, working across its Central London portfolio. This included the transformation of Victoria, together with other major schemes across the City and West End.

Sarah is responsible for commercial leasing, asset management and estate management across all Related Argent projects.

She joined Related Argent in 2026, with a career in property leasing and asset management spanning more than 20 years. She has worked on some of London’s most significant retail and placemaking destinations including the regeneration of Covent Garden, Old Spitalfields Market, Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford, The Knightsbridge Estate and The Grosvenor Estate.

Anthony is responsible for the public realm and infrastructure team at Related Argent.

He is also currently co-leading the mixed-use St Pancras Hospital development (in conjunction with King’s Cross Group) and is responsible for overseeing the completion of all remaining development activities at King’s Cross.

Jamie is responsible for defining and implementing the sustainability strategy for Related Argent ensuring alignment with best practice ESG principles.

He joined Related Argent in 2023 and has had a 20-year career in the built environment which began working for environmental charities through to large multinational corporations.

Lesley is responsible for BTR operations and delivery of Related Argent customer experience global best practice.

With a property career spanning more than 20 years, Lesley has extensive experience across the residential sector, with a track record in establishing and scaling management and operational platforms.

Jamie is responsible for residential development across the Related Argent portfolio, including Brent Cross Town, Tottenham Hale and Author King’s Cross. He is the lead on Old Street Quarter, Related Argent’s strategic partnership with Derwent London.

Jamie is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years experience in the London residential sector. Prior to joining Related Argent in 2017, Jamie spent six years at Capital and Counties working on the Earls Court masterplan.

Genna joined Argent in 2016, initially working across all aspects of finance for the King’s Cross estate. She became Group Finance Director of Related Argent in 2025 and now leads the wider finance and tax teams across all Related Argent’s projects.
