Related Argent wins Property Company of the Year 2023

This week (13 June 2023), Related Argent won the coveted Property Company of the Year award at Property Week’s annual Property Awards 2023.

The award is aimed specifically at property organisations that have made a significant impact on the property industry in the past year.

Our chairman, David Partridge also took home an award: the #IrvineSellar award
in honour of the late, great Irvine Sellar. This award celebrates an outstanding individual who has shaken up the market with a truly ground-breaking project or initiative over the past 12 months‎. David has been instrumental in driving the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, which is going to revolutionise the real estate industry and couldn’t deserve the recognition more.

Tom Goodall, managing director of Related Argent, said: “Thank you to everyone who has worked with us and supported us over the last 12 months and more. This award is fantastic recognition for what we do as a business and what we have achieved in just seven years since we established Related Argent, during which time we have invested close to £1Bn across all of our projects.

“In the last year alone, we opened our first two residential buildings at Tottenham Hale, started construction on the first five student and residential buildings at Brent Cross Town – which were enabled by one of the largest commercial investment deals of 2022 with Invesco Ltd. and the hard work of the master developer team with JV partners, Barnet Council – and we made significant progress towards opening our first Build-to-Rent building, Author King’s Cross. We have also grown and nurtured our teams to support our expanding portfolio.

“The amazing work that is delivered everyday by Argent LLP teams across the King’s Cross estate is a major contributor to our reputation and demonstrates to potential occupiers, investors, residents and the local community what we can collectively achieve. In addition, the pioneering work that our chairman David Partridge is leading on as Chair of the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard is moving our industry forward in this critical area.”
