Related Argent, one of the largest privately-owned property and urban regeneration businesses in the UK, has today announced the appointment of Lesley Roberts as Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations director. Lesley joins the Related Argent team with the goal of continuing to strengthen and elevate the BTR offering and resident experience across the company’s portfolio.
Michael Herrington a 20-year veteran of Related Companies’ industry-leading rental portfolio in the US, who has been leading the BTR offer for Related Argent since 2022, will be returning to Related Companies in the US this summer.
Lesley has over 20 years’ experience in the sector, having joined from Godwin Developments where, as Director of BTR, she played a pivotal role in the acquisition, development and delivery of Godwin’s Monogram Living £1 billion national BTR portfolio. Lesley was also Chair of The Association for Rental Living – the recognised membership body for the BTR sector – for six years.
Related Argent has a developing portfolio of over 3,000 rental homes across King’s Cross, Brent Cross Town and Tottenham Hale and is looking to expand its rental portfolio beyond this in the future.
