Our c.£13bn UK portfolio includes major regeneration schemes at Brent Cross and Tottenham Hale and a build-to-rent (BtR) scheme at King’s Cross. In 2024, we became the developer and asset manager of the King’s Cross estate and the St Pancras Hospital site.

1993-2009
Argent delivers Brindleyplace mixed-use development in Birmingham.
1995 – 2001
Argent develops Thames Valley Park and Green Park Business Park in Reading, Aldercastle offices and Governor’s House in London.
1998
Related develops the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle in Manhattan, now Deutsche Bank Center.
2000-2005
Argent delivers office, retail and leisure space at One Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester.
2001
Argent secures King’s Cross project.
2002-2009
Argent develops Piccadilly Place offices and housing, The Hub, Manchester.
2006-2015
Argent delivers The Hive office building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
2009-2016
Argent develops One St Peter’s Square offices and retail, Manchester.
2007
Argent starts construction at King’s Cross on behalf of King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership.
2008
Related selected to develop Hudson Yards in Manhattan and the Cosmopolitan Development, Las Vegas.
2015
Argent Related is formed.

Argent Related appointed at Brent Cross Town.
