Homehub Privacy Policy
Home Hub is a service provided by Related Argent Limited (“Related Argent”) on behalf of Racal IUK BXIP2 GP Limited (“Owner”) in connection with the developments at Brent Cross Town, which include The Ashbee and The Delamarre.
Personal information collected by Related Argent via the Home Hub service is collected and processed by Related Argent as a data processor for the Owner. The Owner is the data controller and responsible for your personal information. The Owner’s Privacy Notice can be viewed below.

Privacy Notice
This privacy notice describes how RACal IUK BXIP2 JV Limited Partnership (acting by its general partner, RACal IUK BXIP2 GP Limited) (the “Owner”) collects and processes personal information about you, how we use and protect this information and your rights in relation to this information.
This notice covers all personal data collected by the Owner, via this website and offline, including the data collected in relation to the personal data included in any enquiry form, a reservation form (a “Reservation Agreement”), a sale agreement (“Sale Agreement”) and tenancy agreement (“Tenancy Agreement”).
Personal information we use
Personal information is information, or a combination of pieces of information, that could reasonably allow a living person to be identified. We may collect the following information about you:
- When you visit our websites the web server collects some basic information about your computer such as your IP address, operating system and browser type. Our website also uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website and to promote a good experience when you browse our website. Details of cookies that we use on our websites can be found in the One Trust cookies pop up;
- When you sign up for a newsletter, fill out an enquiry or feedback form, complete a ‘contact us’ form, report a problem with our site or contact us by email, we collect personal information such as your email address, name, contact number, postcode and date of birth;
- You may be asked to complete surveys or questionnaires either in person or by email and in doing so we may ask for details such as your age, gender and postcode. The information captured is for research purposes so we can understand our type of visitors and customers, although you do not have to respond to these surveys;
- As part of your application to become a purchaser or tenant we will collect personal information from you which will include your full name, previous address, date of birth, contact details, passport details and visa information (where required).
- If you sign a Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement we will collect personal information about you included in that Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement and Tenancy Agreement, such as your name, address, nationality, occupation, email address, name, contact number and the financial details, including bank account and payment card details you provide and such other personal information you may give us during the term of your ownership or tenancy.
- We operate CCTV in all of our buildings. If you are a purchaser, tenant or visitor of one of our properties, your image may be captured on CCTV which is recorded in the communal areas of our buildings for safety and security purposes.
- Where you use a service such as Home Hub, we will collect personal information that you submit when using the service. For example, when you log details of a defect or make an enquiry relating to your property via the Home Hub service, we will collect personal information about you in relation to that request. This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, property address, details of the defect or your enquiry and any other information you may share with us. This information will be used by us to respond to your enquiry and provide requested services to you.
How we use your personal information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide and personalise our services, including promoting a good experience when browsing our website;
- Deal with your enquiries and requests;
- Comply with legal obligations to which we are subject and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement bodies when required to do so;
- Contact you with marketing and offers relating to products and services offered by us or selected third parties, unless you have opted out of marketing, or we are otherwise prevented by law from doing so;
- Personalise the marketing messages and offers we send you to make them more relevant and interesting;
- Allow us to compile statistical information and undertake research; and
- To process and consider your application to become a purchaser or tenant;
- If you have signed a Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement, to allow us to administer the reservation and subsequent sale and rental of a property;
- If you are a tenant or purchaser, to engage third party managing agents or management companies within the Owner’s group of companies in relation to the property, in relation to any homeowners’ guarantee home warranty, and to facilitate relevant communication between you and the relevant after-sales customer care team in relation to the property; and
- If you are a tenant or purchaser, to engage third party managing agents or management companies within the Owner’s group of companies in relation to the property and the provision of information to utilities, telecommunications and other service providers.
Why we can use your personal information
We must have a legal basis to process your personal information. In most cases the legal basis will be one of the following:
- To fulfil our contractual obligations to you, for example in relation to your Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement that you have entered or to provide you with information you have requested or to administer a reservation you have requested;
- To fulfil any legal requirements;
- To meet our legitimate interests, for example:
- to understand how you use our services, to contact you about these services and to develop and tailor our services following our interactions with you.
- to process CCTV footage to maintain the safety of residents and visitors and to secure the property and premises.
- to process CCTV footage to detect, prevent and investigate crime.
When we process personal information to meet our legitimate interests, we put in place robust safeguards to ensure that your privacy is protected and to ensure that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your interests or privacy and the use is proportionate;
- It is necessary for employment purposes;
- It is necessary to protect someone in an emergency;
- It is necessary for archiving, research or statistical purposes.
We may obtain your consent to collect and use certain types of personal information, for example, in relation to our direct marketing activities or our cookies. You may withdraw your consent to process your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this privacy notice.
Who we share personal information with
Where it is in our legitimate interests, because you have entered into a Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement with us, we will share your personal data with the owner of the building, who is a subsidiary entity of the Owner (“Legal Owner”), who will process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
We may also share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances:
- Related Argent Limited, who provides development management, asset management or property management services to us.
- Service providers and business partners – we may share your personal information with our service providers and business partners who perform IT, payment, marketing services and other business operations for us. For example, we may partner with other companies to optimise our services, send newsletters and marketing emails, support email and messaging services, manage our CCTV surveillance and security systems, and to analyse information, process payment information and provide third party software and technical support;
- Contractors, insurance companies or loss adjusters in the event of a claim;
- Service providers who provide property management and maintenance services;
- Law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, government organisations or other third parties – we may share your personal information with these parties where it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation;
- Asset purchasers and joint venture partners – we may share your personal information with any third party that purchases one or more of our properties or the companies with which we might jointly own a property; and
- If you complete a Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement, we may share your personal details with our sales agents and the Legal Owner of the property, and we (and/or our sales agents) may share your personal information with other third parties that provide identity, anti-money laundering, referencing and/or credit checking services in connection with your reservation, purchase or tenancy.
Where we store your personal information
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed in a country that is not regarded as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal information under UK law. Where this is the case, we have put in place appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to ensure that your date is adequately protected.
How long we store your personal information for
We will keep your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you. Once our relationship with you has come to an end, we will retain your personal information for a period of time that enables us to:
- Maintain business records for analysis and / or for audit or risk management purposes;
- Comply with our records retention policies;
- Defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims; and
- Deal with any complaints regarding our services.
Where you have signed a Reservation Agreement, Sale Agreement or Tenancy Agreement, we will keep your personal information until your tenancy has completed or you have sold the property. After this point, we may retain your personal information if required for a period of time that enables us to do any of the above, and/or any of the following:
- To engage third party managing agents or management companies within the Owner’s group of companies;
- To facilitate relevant communication between you and the relevant after-sales customer care team;
- To facilitate relevant communications between you and the appointed managing agents;
- To keep our accounting records up to date; and
- For purposes in relation to the homeowners’ guarantee home warranty (including its implementation and maintenance).
Where CCTV images are concerned, these are retained for 30 days before being erased, overwritten or destroyed under controlled conditions or automatically overwritten as a normal function of the recording equipment unless required to be retained as part of an ongoing investigation of a health and safety incident or a suspected crime or criminal activity is being investigated.
Your rights over your personal information
Individuals like you (called data subjects) have rights under data protection laws to control what information you provide to us and what we can do with it.
You can ask for access to information we hold on you. When we receive a request from you in writing (also called a Subject Access Request), we must give you access to everything we’ve recorded about you, unless an exemption applies. Requests are free and we must respond within 30 days, unless your request is large or complicated in which case we are allowed to take longer to respond to you. You can ask us to change information you think is inaccurate about you. If you believe that the information we hold about you is wrong, you can ask us to change it, for example, if we have spelled your name wrongly or have an incorrect address. We may not always be able to change or remove that information but we will correct factual inaccuracies and may include your comments in the record to show that you disagree with it.
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you (the right to be forgotten). In some circumstance you can ask for your personal information to be deleted, for example:
- Where your personal information is no longer needed for the reason it was collected in the first place;
- Where you have removed your consent for us to use your information (where there is no other legal reason for us to use it);
- Where there is no legal reason for the use of your information or it is not in our legitimate interests; or
- Where deleting the information is a legal requirement.
We cannot always delete your information, for example, if there is a legal reason we need to keep it or where you still expect us to deliver a service to you. But we should tell you why we can’t delete what you are asking us to.
There are other rights that you have under data protection law. They are:
- To request the transfer of your personal information to you or to a third party;
- To object to any further processing of your personal information, if we are processing your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests, or for direct marketing;
- To withdraw your consent to any processing where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for using your personal information;
- To request restriction of processing of your information.
