Our Brent Cross Town scheme, one of Europe's largest urban regeneration projects which is committed to net zero by 2030, has won Place in Progress at the prestigious Pineapple Awards, run by The Developer.

On 1 May 2024, the Argent business best known for delivering large scale regeneration across the UK will transfer its employees, projects and assets to Related Argent Limited, which has been operating in parallel since 2015. Going forward, the business will operate solely under the Related Argent name.

On Wednesday 17 May, Related Argent hosted what was coined the 'hot ticket' event at this year's UKREiiF in Leeds, which saw former communications director for Tony Blair and New Labour, Alastair Campbell and former politician, Rory Stewart lead a panel titled 'Leading Cities'. You can view a recording of the session here.

Brent Cross Town, the 180-acre, £8Bn new park town in north London, today opens its Community Fund for the fifth consecutive year. To mark this fifth anniversary, the grant fund for the first time will ask members of the local community for their votes on which initiatives they would like to see supported.

On Sunday 14 May, 50 intrepid cyclists from Argent and Related Argent set off on a gruelling 400km bike ride from London to Paris, raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, which exists solely to support The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, a world-leading cancer centre.
